Scott Manke is not your average Realtor. Scott is values-driven and has an entrepreneurial spirit. That combination along with a strong personal faith led Scott and his wife (Natalie) to start the Family Empowerment Centers. FEC is a 501(c)3 corporation in the Rogers Park community, that was established over 15 years ago, that is concerned with creating opportunities of empowerment for under-resourced individuals and families. As part of that journey and recognizing the need for creative financing he also founded Donate Your Boat, a subsidiary of FEC, 11 years ago. Scott continues to manage these two organizations and lives among the families that they serve.

Scott and Natalie have 4 children; two of them have been adopted and their youngest son has special needs. Scott sees the value of families finding the right home because he realizes that a person’s home becomes a place of rest and enjoyment from the hustle and bustle of our society. He lives a life that places people above things. With Scott, you will have a realtor who will be just as concerned about you, the person, as he is concerned about the deal. Scott is excited about his future in the Real Estate industry because it is another way to care for people and it is also satisfies a childhood dream he had to be involved in the Real Estate industry.

Scott studied Organizational Management at Nyack college (BS 1996) and Intercultural Studies from Wheaton Graduate School (MA 2004). Scott is also an ordained minister with the Christian & Missionary Alliance, a Christian denomination he has been a part of for the past 20 years.
