About Julie

Born in Evanston and raised in Wilmette, Julie has lived in several Chicago areas including Old Irving Park, Bucktown, River West and Bridgeport. She and her husband, Ben have been proud Evanston residents since 2009, giving Julie a distinct understanding of both the North Shore as well as Chicago’s neighborhoods.

Julie is a graduate of New Trier High School and earned her degree in Business Administration from DePaul University in Chicago. Her background is in restaurant management for service-focused restaurants such as MK Restaurant and Red Light in Chicago. Julie has also worked as administrator for two luxury builders in Chicago, which gives her a unique insight for what's under the surface of a home and how to raise property values with some well-chosen upgrades. Some of her many interests include architecture and interior design. In her freetime, she enjoys cooking, long walks around Evanston with her husband and their Pitbull Lab Floyd, and all the wonderful things the North Shore has to offer including shopping at boutique stores, restaurants and the lake.

For Julie, real estate has been a natural evolution in her career as it has always been her dream to be a Real Estate Broker and help others through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. She gets a thrill from touring properties and imagining how to transform spaces and build lives within them. Her career in Real Estate is exciting for Julie because it taps into the dream most of us have, which is to earn a living doing what we naturally love, and to help others make smart real estate decisions.
